Trinidad 7 Pod Yellow - Fresh Chilli

Harvest has ended for this season (fresh chilli will be available again January 2027 with our next harvest) but we have plenty of frozen pods from this year’s harvest ready to ship out to you. 

In our opinion this is the No. 1 Chilli! It has the heat and flavour you want and is a perfect all rounder. Since growing the Trinidad 7 Pod yellow  it has become our most popular variety! 

Flavour: The Trinidad 7 pod yellow is an extremely hot chilli that originated from Trinidad. It has a lovely sweet and fruity flavour. A fantastic choice for a hot sauce or powder. You only need a small amount to spice things up.

Heat Level (SHU): 850,000 – 1,200,000 SHU (Super Hot)

Fun Fact: It is also knows as Yellow 7 pot, or the 7 pot sauce, as just one of these chillies is enough to add spiciness to up to 7 pots of food.
