Refund policy

We at Chilli Kings want to ensure that you, the customer, are satisfied with your purchase and understand that there may be times that you wish to return an item. 

Non-perishable items (Non-seed)

For all non-perishable items (Chilli Powders, oils and sauces) we have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. The exception to this is if their is a problem with the quality of the product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@chillikings.com.au. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return delivery costs are at the buyers expense.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable item -Perishable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as our chillies and vegetables). Please get in touch immediately if the specific produce you have received is damaged or of poor quality. It is at the discretion of Chilli Kings to make the decision on whether a refund or exchange will occur based on the information provided and circumstances around the damaged goods. 

Non-returnable item -Seed items

For all seeds purchased, it is imperative that you follow germination instructions as there are multiple factors that influence germination rates. If you have not been successful to germinate seeds that have been purchased through Chilli Kings, please get in touch with us so that we can provide the necessary support with this and where necessary send out replacement seeds.
