Shipping policy

Non-perishable items (Including seeds and powders):

Delivery mode: Delivery of non-perishable items will be through Australia Post. The delivery fee is calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery address. This is automatically calculated at Check-out.

Delivery times: Chilli Kings will endeavor to post all items within 3 business days or if you select Express Post it will be sent the following day. If your order is urgent please contact us via email at info@chillikings.com.au. Please note that Australia Post is experiencing significant delays and items via standard post can take 10-15 business days to arrive.  

Interstate delivery times: Due to Australia post delays, delivery of interstate orders can take 10-15 business days after dispatch to arrive, if they are not sent express post. If you think your order is delayed, please first contact your local Australia Post.

Western Australia: Due to mandatory quarantine inspections, orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Fresh and Frozen Produce:

Delivery mode: All Fresh and frozen produce is delivered via Courier and will be transported in the appropriate temperature ie frozen transport for all frozen goods and chilled for fresh produce.  

Delivery times: Once Chilli Kings receives your order, the courier will be booked to deliver your items. Orders placed by COB Monday will be delivered that week. Orders placed later in the week will be delivered the following week. Orders can be delivered any day therefore if you require delivery on a certain day please email info@chillikings.com.au with these details. Deliveries to SA, QLD, WA, NT will take longer to arrive, but will be transported appropriately to ensure they arrive to you either fresh for fresh produce or still frozen for all frozen goods.

WA Chilli Deliveries: We can only send frozen or dried chillies to WA. If you would like frozen, we can only send by Pallet. We can not send individual frozen boxes to WA. 

SA Chilli Deliveries: We can only send frozen or dried chillies to SA. If you would like frozen, we can either send your individual box in a polystyrene box or we can send via Frozen Courier for around $120 to Adelaide. Or we can send by Pallet. Feel to contact us to discuss the best option for you.

Unattended deliveries: Once your order has been delivered to the location you have specified, Chilli Kings is not responsible for any damage or theft to your order. We recommended that you bring your order inside and store it appropriately as soon as you are able.  

Contact Details: Please also provide your mobile number along with your address at check out, so that Chilli Kings and/or Courier can contact you if required. 

For all fresh and frozen produce, we will ensure it is transported at a suitable temperature to keep it as fresh as possible, however once it has been delivered we are no longer responsible for your order.

Authority to leave: Please provide Chilli Kings with an “Authority to leave”. Some Courier company’s require a signature unless you approve an authority to leave without a signature. This means that the Courier can leave the goods at their final destination even if you are not there to sign for it. When they leave it, you, the buyer, take full responsible for the order; Chilli Kings and the Courier company are no longer responsible for the goods and no proof of delivery is required. If an Authority to leave is not provided and no one is available to sign for the order, the courier company will charge an additional re-delivery cost.
