Our current harvest has just ended but we have stored away plenty of pods in our commercial freezer to see you through. Freezing chillies does not affect their quality or heat. When stored properly in a sealed bag or container, they can be frozen for several years. We will deliver them frozen straight to your doorstep.

Trinidad 7 Pod/Pot Jonah Red: The Trinidad 7 pod, also known as 7 pot, is an extremely hot chilli that originated from the Caribbean. They are bright red and the surface of the pods are rough, pimply and wrinkled, with some having pointed tails, while others are more habanero like in their shape.

Flavour: Fruity, sweet and super hot. A fantastic choice for a hot sauce or powder. You only need a small amount to spice things up.

Heat Level (SHU): 850,000 – 1,200,000 SHU (Super Hot)

Fun Fact: It is also knows as 7 pot, or the 7 pot sauce, as just one of these chillies is enough to add spiciness to up to 7 pots of food.
