The much loved African, Asian, Latino, Indian & Middle Eastern Corn, also known as Maize. Can be boiled or roasted the traditional way to get that flavour you love. This is not your regular Australia yellow sweet corn. It has much tougher kernels, and is mostly eaten in places such as Africa, Asia, India and Latin America. Maize can also be ground into cornmeal for use in a variety of dishes and to bake many staple foods. Rich in vitamins A, C, and E.
